Everything with the hotel itself and the staff was perfect.

The property is very close to the Red Hat Amphitheater, which is why I chose it. My room was clean and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. I like how the property is decorated. The breakfast served was delicious. I like how the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee pot and dishwasher were easy to use. The desk workspace included is very nice for those who have to bring work with them on leisure trips.

The staff was beyond exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and informative. The lady at the front desk when I arrived was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If I ever go back to Raleigh I will be booking a room there. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The area was fantastic! I felt very safe in the hotel, you needed your key card to use the elevator and to get in after hours.

The location is perfect for our trip purpose. The check in was simple and informative. This is the 2nd annual trip and we will stay here next time as well!

The overall feel and location was good. The rooftop terrace restaurant and lounge was great.

Location was great. Close to the Audio Advice Live event I was there for. Parking garage was very convenient but wish it were free.

Very clean room , bathroom and kitchen, staff was exceptional, the complimentary breakfast bar was the best we have ever had. We didn’t get a chance to have the cocktail hour on the roof, but we will on our next stay at the Residence ! Very roomy and bed was comfortable, great view, we were on the 7th floor. Absolutely loved our stay there!

This was a wonderful place to stay 4 nights. Nice large room with kitchenette. Quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be able to have both early check in and late check out. We dined in the both the second floor restaurant and the 10 floor bar/lounge, which has a wonderful outdoor rooftop area. The location was perfect and we were able to walk all over without need of public transportation. If back in Raleigh we would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great. A nice selection for hot food and grab and go! Also being open early on the weekend for the volleyball tournament was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly!!
